AGENDA: you can refer to the political issues which are important at a particular times as an agenda syn=programme
RELUCTANT: if you are reluctant to do something you are unwilling to do it and hesitate before doing it syn=unwilling
COURAGE: is the quality shown by someone who decides to do something difficult or dangerous,eventhough they may be afraid syn=bravery
INAUGURAL: is the first meeting of a new organization or the first speech by the new leader of an organization or a country syn=first,initial
CIRCUMSTANCE: the circumstances of a particular situation are the conditions which affect what happens syn=usually plural situation,detail
DISTINGUISH: syn=identify,differentitate
MAGNITUDE: if you talk about the magnitude of something,you are taking about its great size,scale,or importance syn=importance
